hello there! i am a qualified fitness advisor- formerly overweight finally at 25,when i felt 95,because i couldnt even walk a few minutes wthout feeling out of breath,i decided to do something!i lost 2 stone,and started to do exercise.less than a year later id lost my weight,and discovered that i LOVED EXERCISE,a thing i absolutely hated previously.so i went to college to learn more about my new passion.i now have various other qualifications in fitness,and id love to share my knowledge with you-im here to help
